I am writing you to thank you for the amazing care you provided to my Mom when she was with you. Mom was not an easy gal and was very angry and very depressed after her stroke. Who could blame her? Up until the time we moved her into your facility, she went through a multitude of caregivers, and facilities. When we saw your facility and saw how happy our Aunt was living there, we decided to move Mom to LC. Your amazing compassion and patience helped her transition, and brought her to a whole new level of acceptance to her situation. You all did such a fantastic job, that we were able to move her closer to family into a larger facility where she has been able to flourish. This would not have been possible without her 9 months of "Loving Care" from you and your team.
We also appreciate your continuing contact, and interest in Mom's well being. This is amazing to me.
There are really no words that can express our appreciation for all you have done for Mom and us.
